- Wear it visible, above the waist
- Challenge strangers; report a lost pass fast
Threats & hoaxes
- Take every threat seriously
- Note the exact words, time, caller details
- Report up the chain at once
- Never forward it — a false threat is a crime
Dangerous goods — quick rules
- Power banks & spare batteries: cabin only, never in the hold
- LAGs (liquids, aerosols, gels): 100 ml each, clear bag, cabin only
- Lighters & matches: banned in India
