The moment the call ends
- Keep the caller talking — do not hang up first. Let the line stay open.
- Signal a colleague to alert AVSEC / CISF while the call continues.
- Note the exact time the call ended and the number shown, if any.
- Report up the chain at once — supervisor, then AVSEC control room.
- If an item is found: do not touch it. Clear, cordon, and control the area.
- Never forward or repeat the threat casually — a false threat is a crime.
