Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Wings Institute does not offer refunds for the AVSEC Awareness Course.

The course is a digital product delivered instantly on payment, and its value (including the final exam and the Certificate of Completion) is consumed on access. For this reason, once a purchase is completed it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

As access is granted immediately on payment, orders cannot be cancelled once completed. Access is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and is not extendable except by purchasing again.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged but do not receive access, or a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error, contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method.

No job or placement assistance

The course prepares you for aviation-security roles and interviews. It does not include job placement or any employment guarantee.
