Baggage rules
Can I Carry a CPAP machine on a Flight in India?
Last updated: 7 Jul 2026Reviewed by Ms. Rubab Nizami, Lead AVSEC Faculty
In short
You can carry a cpap machine in cabin baggage. A CPAP or BiPAP machine is a medical device and should be carried in cabin baggage, where most airlines do not count it against your hand-baggage allowance. Take it out for separate X-ray screening. Any distilled water for it still follows the 100ml liquids rule.
