Can I Carry a Gold jewellery on a Flight in India?

In short
You can carry a gold jewellery in cabin baggage. Carry gold and other valuable jewellery in cabin baggage, never in checked baggage. On international arrival, Indian customs duty-free allowances apply (broadly ₹50,000 for men and ₹1,00,000 for women, subject to residence-abroad conditions) — declare anything above the limit.
