BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) is India's regulator for civil aviation security. It frames the national security rules, sets standards, audits airports and airlines, and issues the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP). It is the appropriate authority under ICAO Annex 17 for India.
