What counts as liquids, aerosols and gels (lags)?
Common examples of liquids, aerosols and gels (lags) include Water, Perfume, Deodorant, Toothpaste, Curd, Oils. All of them are treated the same way at Indian airport security, so the rule below applies to every item in this group.
Can liquids, aerosols and gels (lags) go in checked baggage?
In checked baggage: allowed within airline limits. Liquids, aerosols and gels are limited to 100ml per container in cabin baggage, carried in a transparent resealable bag. Larger quantities go in checked baggage. If in doubt, pack the item in checked baggage or leave it at home rather than risk it being confiscated at the checkpoint.
